Pacific Justice Institute Biography

Position:
Pro to the question "Should the Words “under God” Be in the US Pledge of Allegiance?"
Reasoning:

“The First Amendment was never intended to eradicate all mention of God from our society or our schools. The phrase ‘one nation under God’ is a factual recognition that our nation’s liberties are premised not on the whims of man but on the natural laws of our Creator. No court should be able to deny posterity the truth as to our nation’s history and heritage.”
